Delivery Information

We use a courier drop-off service for most of our deliveries, with a 2 working day delivery.

The process is normally

Day 1 - Customer order received

Day 2 - Materials cut, if required

Day 3 - Order packed and delivered to drop-off point

Day 4 - Courier collects from drop-off

Day 5-6 - Parcel in transit

Day 7 - Goods delivered

All these are working days

Of course, sometimes we manage to get things out quicker, sometimes the carrier doesn't collect on time ...

An average of 6-8 working days would be normal. All the parcels have tracking information which is emailed out with your order completion information.

When you put your address in, please include a mobile number if you have one, the carrier will normally text the delivery time to you on the day of delivery, or get in touch if they have problems finding your address.
